An established and well-regarded regional law firm is looking to welcome a Senior Associate (Solicitor or Legal Executive) into its Commercial Property team in Guildford.

The Team

About You
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with solid experience in commercial property
- Strong background in landlord and tenant matters
- Likely to have around 7+ years’ PQE, or ready to step into a Senior Associate position
- Comfortable building relationships and contributing to business development activity
- Proactive, adaptable, and calm under pressure
- A collaborative, client-focused approach with strong communication skills
