An established and well-regarded regional law firm is looking to welcome a Senior Associate (Solicitor or Legal Executive) into its Commercial Property team in Guildford.

The Team

The Role

There is also scope to get involved in business development, marketing initiatives, and broader firm activities - making this a well-rounded role with real influence.

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with solid experience in commercial property
  • Strong background in landlord and tenant matters
  • Likely to have around 7+ years’ PQE, or ready to step into a Senior Associate position
  • Comfortable building relationships and contributing to business development activity
  • Proactive, adaptable, and calm under pressure
  • A collaborative, client-focused approach with strong communication skills
