In creating Amber over 17 years ago and leading successful teams, Rebecca set out to prove that recruitment could be done to an exceptional standard by focussing on quality over quantity. Bringing value through solid relationships and a proactive approach, Rebecca loves engaging with companies looking for the best talent; working closely and personally with hiring HR managers to find that elusive needle in a haystack.
Rebecca loves: Having friends over for a live music jamming session, red wine (or gin), evenings out dancing, her two tabby cats, and sunning herself in Kefalonia.
