    Putting people, relationships, and honest communication at the forefront of recruitment remains Rebecca’s priority. In creating Amber over 17 years ago and leading successful teams, Rebecca set out to prove that recruitment could be done to an exceptional standard by focussing on quality over quantity. Bringing value through solid relationships and a proactive approach, Rebecca loves engaging with companies looking for the best talent; working closely and personally with hiring HR managers to find that elusive needle in a haystack.

    Rebecca loves: Having friends over for a live music jamming session, red wine (or gin), evenings out dancing, her two tabby cats, and sunning herself in Kefalonia.

    Nicola has spent over 17 years in recruitment and joined Amber in 2014. She now heads up the team of recruiters to focus on permanent, temporary, and contract roles. Nicola takes pride in making great matches - aligning skills, personality, and experience between our clients and job seekers. Great in a crisis, Nicola will always rise to a challenge and can be relied upon to ensure everyone comes away with a positive outcome.

    Nicola loves: Her gang of cats, pink gin and lemonade, spending time in her garden, walks along the beaches of Hayling Island, and zooming around in her Mini.

    As our Partnership Consultant, Amber works closely with clients to build trusted, long-term relationships. She takes a people-focused, practical approach, supporting organisations with thoughtful recruitment solutions that align with their teams, culture and goals.

    Outside of work, Amber enjoys spending time with family and friends, usually accompanied by her little dog Ted, Amber Employment’s official Chief Morale Officer. She loves a good pub or wine bar, with bonus points for live music and great food.

    Temps & Compliance Manager

    Robyn’s primary function is to be the glue to connect everyone together! She enjoys building positive relationships with clients and job seekers – coordinating activities to deliver a first-class service. Robyn supports our clients and the recruitment team at Amber in finding top talent as an extension of an HR function. Having worked within the HR sector (and being CIPD qualified) she has a strong understanding of the unique perspective of recruiting clients, including their wants, needs, and priorities.

    Robyn loves: Dining out, playing her bass guitars, painting, and chilling out with a glass of Grey Goose vodka!

    Laurence supports temporary and permanent recruitment across catering, hospitality, industrial, horticulture and tree surgery sectors. With a people-first approach, he enjoys building strong relationships with both clients and candidates while helping businesses find reliable people who fit well within their teams. 

    Organised, approachable and confident in fast-paced environments, Laurence believes strong communication and honesty are key to creating a positive recruitment experience for everyone involved.
