  • Working collaboratively with the wider team to ensure clients receive an efficient and responsive service

About you

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • At least one year’s experience working within a property team as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary or in a similar role
  • Ideally, experience within Residential Property, although candidates with relevant Commercial Property, Plot Sales or New Homes experience are also encouraged to apply
  • A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence dealing with clients and colleagues at all levels
  • Excellent IT skills and the ability to work comfortably with online systems
  • A collaborative, supportive approach and a genuine commitment to delivering an excellent client experience

Experience of time recording and managing a small fee target would be advantageous but is not essential.

Why consider this opportunity?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded legal team where you can build on your existing property experience and take on increasing responsibility.

You’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting and high-value matters, learn from experienced lawyers and develop your own caseload within a supportive and collaborative environment.

If you’re ready to take the next step in your property career, we’d be delighted to hear from you.
