We're looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join an established organisation in the Guildford area.
This is a genuine temp-to-perm opportunity. You'll initially join on an approximately 12-week temporary basis – giving both you and the employer the opportunity to make sure it's a great fit – with the intention of moving into a permanent position thereafter.
The role
You'll be part of a busy customer service team, acting as a first point of contact and helping to make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Your day will include:
- Handling incoming calls and responding to customer queries
- Coordinating bookings, orders and appointments
- Checking information and identifying any errors or discrepancies
- Processing orders and updating internal systems
- Diary and schedule coordination
- General administration and team support
About you
We're looking for someone who is naturally helpful, organised and comfortable juggling different priorities.
You'll ideally bring:
- Previous telephone-based customer service experience
- Experience working in a busy office or customer-focused environment
- Strong administration skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- A friendly, professional and confident telephone manner
- Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems

What's on offer?
c£27,500 per annum
Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm
Approximately 12 weeks temporary, with the intention of becoming permanent
