Our client, a leading regional law firm, is seeking an Associate (Solicitor or Legal Executive) to join their specialist Real Estate Disputes team, based in either Southampton or Guildford.

About the Real Estate Disputes Team:
The Real Estate Disputes team advises a broad client base, including a mixed case load of commercial and residential. The team specialises in resolving complex and high-value disputes relating to property and the use of land, often working closely with colleagues across other practice areas to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
The team combines technical excellence with a strong focus on client care, offering a quality of service comparable to larger City practices while maintaining a supportive and collaborative working environment.
The Role:
As an Associate, you will manage your own caseload of mixed commercial and residential property disputes. You will also support Partners and Senior Associates on more complex, high-value, and long-running matters, while contributing to the development of junior team members, including trainees and newly qualified lawyers.

Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in real estate disputes / property litigation.
- Candidates with a mixed caseload who are keen to specialise further in this area are encouraged to apply.
- Typically suited to candidates with around 3+ years’ PQE who are ready to step into an Associate role.
- Proactive, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused, collaborative approach.
