Employment Rights 2025 - Where are we up to?

Following the brilliant discussions at our March session, we’re delighted to be bringing our next employment law breakfast seminar to Woking this October.

With key changes from the Employment Rights Act 2025 starting to take shape - and further developments expected into 2026 and 2027- this session is designed to help you take stock of where things stand now, and what’s coming next.

Led by employment law specialist Anne-Marie Pavitt, we’ll revisit the roadmap we explored earlier in the year and break down the Government’s latest implementation timeline in a practical, easy-to-follow way.

As always, this isn’t a lecture. It’s a relaxed, interactive session where we’ll explore:

  • What’s already been confirmed
  • What’s changing in October 2026 and beyond
  • What HR teams and employers should be thinking about now
  • Real-life scenarios and shared experiences from the room

These sessions have become a bit of a local HR tradition - a chance to step away from the day-to-day, compare notes, and sense-check how others are approaching the same challenges.
