Level of CV Investigation

All candidate CVs are thoroughly read with particular attention being paid to spelling, grammar and any anomalies regarding dates or periods of unexplained activity. Upon registration in our office, we take copies of entitlement to work within the UK in the form of a passport or birth certificate together with any relevant visas and additional documents as required by law.

Interviewing Policy

Candidates are interviewed in person at our office in Ripley by one of our experienced consultants to  gauge their experience, skill set and personality ensuring  we are meeting both the client’s and candidate’s requirements. We explain the application process in detail so that their expectations are realistic and encourage regular communication so that we are kept aware of any changes in their situation.

At times, we realise that it may be difficult for a candidate to come into our office to attend registration in person and therefore, on occasion, we will offer a Skype interview as an interim solution until we are able to meet in person. This avoids delays in submitting CVs when time is sensitive. We will always let you, the client, know if this is the case.

CVs are only submitted once the candidate has been fully briefed on the company and the role and has expressed a genuine interest in being considered for interview thus avoiding disappointment and time wasting. Candidates are provided with a full brief prior to attending an interview, encompassing company details, a job description, interview guidance and directions / maps.
