Are you an experienced administrator who has previously worked in a corporate environment? Do you have knowledge of training and document management systems?
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Training Coordinator and Document Administrator for a six-month temporary assignment. There is a possibility that the role could be extended for the right person!
In this position, you will be supporting the IT department with the globalisation of their quality framework and supporting the implementation of training and document management processes.
You will be highly organised and a good communicator as you will be dealing with stakeholders of all levels and potentially on an international basis. You will be analytical and able to identify critical issues that need to be escalated and resolved.
To be considered for this role, you must be an experienced Training Coordinator or Administrator with experience in Document Control. A background in regulated industries such as Pharmaceuticals will be highly advantageous.
