Software Support 1st Line - working for a leading software development organisation, providing software support to the Financial Services sectors from independents to large corporates.

This is a busy and fast paced role, talking with end users, assisting them with difficulties in the operation of a cloud based software system. you will be dealing with multiple calls for support as well as responding to emails from clients. In addittion to this, clients will be contacting you via a "web-chat" portal for advice, so a good level of clear, grammatically correct English is required, however if you speak multiple languages that would be a distinct benefit to a global company. Alongside your team, you will be logging calls onto an internal system, testing new software functionality and assisting with remote telephone training for new users.
This role will suit an IT Graduate with a qualification in Computer Sciences / Programming or similar. Previous experience of working within a support role using web chat facilities is preferred within a customer services based function or technology sector
