Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of complex Court of Protection matters, ensuring the highest standards of care and support.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
- Take the lead on your caseload while providing support to senior fee-earners as needed.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, embodying a client-focused approach.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, including Solicitors, Legal Executives, Trainees, and Paralegals.
What We Seek:
- A Senior Associate (Solicitor / Legal Executive) with substantial experience managing Court of Protection matters (approximately 7PQE and above).
- Proficiency in time recording and meeting annual fee targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach to client interaction, particularly with vulnerable clients and their families.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a collaborative mindset, eager to support team members.
- Interest in or experience with supervising and developing junior team members.
