Hours:  Part time, flexible (15-25 hours per week)

 

Are you a practical, can-do problem solver looking for a flexible part time role in a supportive environment? 

 

As a Returns Administrator, working for a wholesaler / distributor of IT Hardware, you will have oodles of common sense and an appetite for using and understanding the products you are dealing with.  It’s a busy role and we are looking for a practical and confident communicator who is able to think on their feet. 

 

Main responsibilities:

 

  • Reviewing the condition of products returned
  • Confirming the returned units are the ones which were sent out
  • Liaising with couriers to ensure our collections go as planned
  • Testing units and troubleshooting faults
  • Working with suppliers to repair and replace faulty units
  • Ensuring replacements are recevied
  • Repackage returned units into a sellable condition
  • Source spare parts as needed
