Temporary / Full time

We are looking for a Payroll Specialist Manager on a temporary basis for 3 months initially. You will be leading a team of payroll officers and effectively running the company’s payroll services and transactions. To be successful for this position, you must be in close commuting distance to the office in Addlestone, Surrey.

This is a temporary, full-time position, working Monday to Friday for 3 months initially.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

Managing the payroll department; including the relationship with current Payroll Provider and ensuring a successful implementation of new payroll with NGA
Managing the UK Payroll Team on reviewing, improving processes and policies
Guiding and supporting the team on the processes, dealing with issues and queries
Ensuring team meets key deadlines on annual timetables and compensation activities

What you need to succeed

For you to be successful in this role you must have previous experience of payroll and payroll management with working knowledge of NGA and SAP. You need to have proven compliance expertise with exceptional communication skills and able to influence, challenge and engage with senior stakeholders.
