Job ref: JO0866 Salary: £33,000 to £37,000 per annum Location: London, Greater London
Working with the support of the Senior L&D Specialists and the wider People Team, you will be involved in the creation of training and onboarding material for a range of projects being rolled out across this global company. You will be collaborating with your team to evaluate current programs in place, assessing their effectiveness and how they can be improved throughout the business to promote a successful onboarding for all new starters, and progression and upskilling of current employees too.
We’re looking for someone with corporate and commercial L&D experience, who has a hands-on approach – a creative mind who enjoys producing creative, engaging content as well as being able to deliver it to a range of people. This is the perfect position for someone who works well in a people-facing role, and who is highly organized; you need to be able to keep track of lots of projects at one time, making sure that meeting rooms and speakers are in place for the sessions to run smoothly.
You must have experience dealing with high volume, international training plan/onboarding delivery (a start-up or large corporate background would be ideal!), and be able to demonstrate your experience within the L&D sector. Due to the impressive development plans of this company, you must be able to show your resilience and ability to meet deadlines and company targets.
