An experienced HR Systems and MI Specialist is being sought for 3 months initially at this ambitious and well-regarded global company. You’ll be providing world class HR services by maintaining an integrated HRIS architecture and systems landscape, and providing crucial advisory services and guidance to management.

The company

A global company undergoing a HUGE development in terms of technology and processes. The biggest initial challenge of the role will be understanding this multi-faceted and changing organisation, but a full initial briefing and ongoing support will be provided. They are known to support and nurture their staff and contractors, and you can expect to be well looked after. Their large offices are bright and welcoming with plenty of free parking, easily accessible from the M25 in Addlestone.

The role

This role is full-time with some domestic and international travel, working supportively and in collaboration with your colleagues across HR, IT and a considerable number of operational teams.

This role is vital to providing HR data and driving insight and analytics capability across the business. Among other duties, you will be:

Accountable for maintenance, troubleshooting and design of HR systems.
Responsible for HR tools from a functional perspective and ensuring they are fit for purpose.
Supporting software and hardware upgrades.
Maintaining and improving HRIS systems as well as identifying and bringing forward opportunities for improvement and new functionality.
The person

This role will need an exceptional candidate with considerable experience in the IT and/or HR space, as well as a demonstrable track record of communicating and co-ordinating initiatives across functional and technical boundaries. You must have in-depth, working knowledge of SAP, SuccessFactors, with HR Connect being a real advantage. You will have knowledge of ‘best in class’ HR IT systems and integration models, as well as confidence in their implementation, interrogation and management.

You will need to work autonomously, making evidence-based judgements and decisions whilst balancing ‘bigger picture’ goals with operational requirements and capabilities. The company will also be looking for you to show positivity, tenacity and excellent attention to detail, as well as acute business acumen and tight time management.
