Our client is looking for a HR Senior Rewards Analyst on a 6-month temporary basis initially. This role will be responsible for delivering varied projects for the business as a whole and developing benchmarks and salary surveys to ensure processes are run smoothly.
This is a large, expanding company who are known to support and nurture their staff. The office is bright and welcoming, in a beautiful location in Chertsey with free parking, easily reachable from the M25. They are a highly desirable employer with a dynamic, innovative approach and a corporate, polished image.
This is a temporary, full-time position working Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm.
Your duties and responsibilities are:
For this role previous experience as a rewards specialist is essential alongside strong analytical skills in a global business. This individual needs to have proven experience in HR delivery systems and working with all levelled stakeholders. Exceptional communication skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office suites is essential.
