Job ref: JO0548 Salary: £35,000 to £39,000 per annum FTE Location: New Haw, Surrey
Are you passionate about working for a charitable organisation and have the natural ability to forge and nurture new and existing relationships to encourage donations?
The aim of the position is to develop and lead the fundraising programme with a focus on major donors, building strong relationships, developing, and understanding donor preferences. You will be acting as an ambassador for the charity with a wide range of environments and stakeholders with the view to enable planned growth in income for the charity. In addition, you will be looking at innovative ways to engage and involve new supporters.
This is a growing Charity, supporting children and young people to overcome challenges, learn vital life skills, improve resilience, wellbeing, and mental health, and develop into confident adults who contribute positively to the community. The position is a part time role requiring 21 hours a week.
Your main responsibilities will include:
You will be an experienced fundraiser for this position with a track record of success in identifying and managing Major Donor relationships. A strategic thinker with the ability to build programmed to effectively deliver results by producing compelling and engaging materials to engage new and existing supporters.
