Software Support 1st Line - working for a leading software development organisation, providing software support to the Financial Services sectors from independents to large corporates.

  • Have you supported external clients with software products such as CRM databases?
  • Are you an IT graduate with advanced Excel skills and a good understanding of SQL?

This is a great opportunity to join a busy team responding to 40 - 50 inbound telephone requests for financial software support; investigating and providing resolution to queries through to completion. Alongside your team, you will be logging calls onto an internal system, testing new software functionality and assisting with remote telephone training for new users.

This role will suit an IT Graduate with a qualification in Computer Sciences / Programming or similar. Previous Help Desk Support (not desktop) experience is preferred, however we will also consider a background in telephone based customer services gained within a financial services environment.
