Hours: 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday

 

We have an amazing position as a Customer Services Officer, who will be responsible for:

  • Receiving and processing customer orders, ensuring they are delivered on time
  • Advising customers of stock issues and communicating delays if appropriate
  • Processing orders on Sage - producing dispatch notes, raising sales invoices and returns, and issuing credits
  • Preparing documents for exports and liaising with overseas customers to ensure that all pricing and shipping requirements are met
  • Recording medical enquiries and forwarding to relevant departments
  • Responding to all enquiries within 24 hours and undertaking additional tasks and responsibilities as may be required

 

You will be best suited to this role if you are someone who loves a customer focused role. It will also be great if you have strong order processing and related systems experience, which will help you transition easily into this new position. Additionally, some knowledge of Sage 200 would be ideal for a candidate but is not essential.
