Job Title: Claims Administrator
Location: Woking (please note that due to the location of this role you must drive)
Hours: Full time, permanent 

Providing critical administrative support to the business and external clients as required.

As a Claims Administrator, you will be a key member of the team, working closely with your colleagues and the Managing Director of the business, assisting serivice users with a broad range of administration and customer support. This is a customer focussed position where you will be dealing and supporting insured members with potential claims as well as speaking with external companies to gain pre-authorisation of claims.

You will need to have exceptional written and spoken communication for this role along with a high level of attention to detail.

To be considered for this role, we are looking for someone who:

  • Is a great organiser, methodical and able to multitask
  • Is keen to learn and develop with an organisation
  • Has excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly on Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Enthusiastic and has a positive outlook on their day to day tasks
