Permanent / Full time

Are you someone who enjoys a customer-facing role, which allows you to have your hand in multiple administrative projects?

Hours: 09:00 - 17:30 (Monday to Friday)

Your main duties and responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Office Manager and offering general administrative support
  • Being the first point of contact for all visitors
  • Answering calls made to the EMEA head office
  • Supporting in-house event activities
  • Supporting overflow work from the SOP department in an administrative capacity
  • Making contact and liaising with suppliers

This job is a great opportunity to begin your career in administration or to expand upon any previous experience, helping hone your proficiency in Microsoft Office and utilise your excellent interpersonal skills.
