Amber Employment Services is a premium brand agency, and as such prefers to retain and manage details of candidates who are genuinely active job seekers on our database as opposed to keeping details on file of candidates who are no longer on the market for a new job to purely increase the numbers.
Each consultant tries to limit the number of candidates to a manageable volume – preferring to develop strong relationships with each person registered. We feel that the relationship with the candidate is just as important as with the client. On average, each consultant manages 50 candidates totalling 200 genuine work seekers within the office.
