Temporary / Full time

Sited within a busy HR team, this is a great opportunity if you're someone who enjoys providing administrative support and contributing to new and interesting projects. 

This is a temporary assignment for six months initially with the potential for extension. You'll be working Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week with three days in the office and two working remotely.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing, overseeing, and monitoring recruitment campaigns
  • Liaising with hiring managers
  • Updating documents and filing
  • Communicating any staff changes
  • Liaising with agencies
  • Joiners / Leavers / Movers associated tasks
  • Monitoring and responding to related e-mails

To be considered for this position you will need:

  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Experience in dealing with confidential and sensitive documentation
  • A natural ability to organise your workload and prioritise multiple tasks
